01 · Agenda 9:30 AM–4:00 PM

Arrival + setup

Get settled, meet the group, and make sure your tools and accounts are ready for the day.

The new AI landscape

From last year to now, understand how the landscape has evolved and what that means for you.

Learn some vocabulary

prompts, context, agents, harnesses, models, memory, skills, and workflows.

Case Studies

Hear from your colleagues on how they've been using AI to optimize their workflows.

Build a skill

Turn one prompt into a reusable skill your agent can run again.

Lunch

Informal 1:1s with instructors and time to plan what you'll build in the afternoon.

Build something together

Choose from three projects every operational leader needs: daily meeting briefs, email digest, and natural language search for your company brain.

Build personal software

Take what we built together and extend it with custom software, built for you.

Share-outs + discussion

See what others built, compare ideas, and identify what might be useful for your own team or across funders.

Next steps

Leave with one workflow to try, one process to rethink, and one bigger AI-enabled project you may want to explore further.

02 · Prework Make sure you're prepared for success: bring these with you to the workshop.
  • Install Claude desktop

We will use Claude desktop as the default workshop tool because it keeps sessions, exposes connectors through a GUI, and can preview prototypes in a browser.

  • Bring one real workflow

Pick a task you repeat: diligence, expert calls, CRM updates, daily briefings, policy scans, hiring/admin, or follow-ups.

  • Bring sample context

Useful inputs include call notes, applicant summaries, strategy memos, grant reports, portfolio notes, board prep, or a small CSV.

03 · Resources What you leave with.
During

Guided prompts + skills

Starting points for teaching agents your preferences, improving an imperfect first result, and turning a one-off prompt into a repeatable workflow.

After

Resource roundup

A post-workshop email with the tools covered, example automations, setup notes, and a skills exchange for what participants built.

Follow-up

Complimentary 30-minute consult

Bring one workflow, stuck prototype, or team question and we will help scope the next experiment or longer-term coaching engagement.
